• Schedule installations and site visits.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share necessary information with trusted third-party partners (such as accounting software or logistics providers) strictly to facilitate our business operations and complete your flooring project.

1. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is subject to a physical site inspection to verify concrete condition and moisture levels. Any required repairs or additional preparation discovered during the process will be discussed and quoted separately.

2. Surface Preparation

Client is responsible for clearing the work area of all furniture, vehicles, and debris prior to our arrival. While we perform professional mechanical grinding as part of our process, pre-existing structural issues in the concrete substrate may affect the final result.

3. The E2U System

We primarily utilize the E2U One Day Flake System. While this system allows for a "one-day" application and 24-hour return-to-service, environmental factors such as extreme humidity or low temperatures may occasionally extend these timelines.

4. Warranty & Liability

We provide a warranty against delamination and manufacturer defects on our residential installations. This warranty does not cover damage caused by hydrostatic pressure, structural ground movement, or mechanical abuse (e.g., dragging heavy machinery). Best Coat Epoxy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Payment Terms

Project completion and final handover occur upon full payment of the invoice. Outstanding balances may incur late fees as specified in your individual contract.
